Our Holistic Spa gently blends traditional wood and pink marble to instill a perfect sense of relaxation the moment you step inside. Our therapists have been chosen for their experience and skill to give you a real and healing touch. Detox nights

On Tuesday and Friday from 6 pm to 9 pm you can experience a detox night which consist in a sequence of infrared sauna, herbal steam sauna, hot bath and ice bath. The benches around the bonfire are a perfect place to relax, meditate and enjoy an herbal tea.

INFRARED SAUNA

Unlike traditional saunas which operate at extremely harsh temperatures, infrared is a gentle, soothing and therapeutic heat that promotes relaxation and improved sleep. Infrared does not heat the air inside the sauna but heat the cells inside the body, it penetrates into the skin deeply and dissolves toxins whilst boosting the metabolism.
